Can I add motorization to my existing window treatments?
No. Motorization is an optional feature that we add to many Skyline window treatments—such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery—at the time of purchase. Window shade automation cannot be added to existing window treatments.
Which products can be motorized?
Most shades and many blinds, shutters, and drapery systems have motorized options. Feasibility depends on the exact product, size, and installation conditions. Our team confirms compatibility during your consultation.
Do I need wiring, or can I use batteries?
Both are possible. Many projects use AA batteries or long-life rechargeable battery packs; hardwired power is also available and recommended for large windows or new builds.There is an option for solar-powered motorized blinds.
Can motorized window treatments work with my smart home?
