Tracy did a fantastic job from start to finish. She has impeccable taste and style and helped to successfully guide us through the process with her keen eye, patient and caring nature, and lots of fun and good humor. Ado, our installer, was a pleasure to work with. He installed the shades so efficiently and perfectly that we now call him the “magician.” We have no problems using the PowerView app after his very easy-to-understand instructions. Tracy and Ado make a wonderful team. Best part, the shades are spectacular and perfect for our space and needs. We absolutely love them. Thank you also to the wonderful folks who work in the Skyline store on Broadway in Chicago. Broc made us feel welcome and understood from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend.
